What we are working On...

'Creative Minds' is a hip-hop arts initiative aimed at unlocking the creative potential of young people in KwaNdengezi, a community located in Durban, South Africa. Through music, local culture, entrepreneurship, artistry and a trauma informed methodology, this program helps develop  self-expression, life skills, creative entrepreneurship and community engagement opportunities for young people.  

The program is led by independent artists linked to the Mazisi Kunene Foundation in partnership with Security 4 Peace and is implemented in collaboration with Ethekwini’s Municipality and the support of PIO Software.
